1. Acceptance of terms

By installing or using Fulfile you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service description

Fulfile enables merchants to sell and automatically deliver digital products through their Shopify store, including file hosting, secure time-limited download links, and delivery emails.

3. Merchant obligations

You represent that you have the legal right to distribute every file you upload. You are responsible for your communications with your customers and for compliance with applicable law. Pirated or unlicensed content is prohibited.

4. Prohibited uses

You may not use Fulfile to distribute illegal content, malware, or material that infringes copyright or other rights, or to engage in any unlawful activity.

5. Subscription and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly through Shopify's billing system and recur until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; charges already incurred for a partial month are non-refundable.

6. Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fulfile is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior twelve months.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

8. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
