Fulfile ("we", "us") provides a digital product delivery service for merchants using the Shopify platform. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
When a merchant installs Fulfile we collect the store's domain and the access granted through Shopify. To deliver purchases we process the email address and name of customers who buy a digital product, along with order and line-item identifiers. Merchants upload the digital files they sell, which we store on our behalf.
We use this information solely to deliver digital products to a merchant's customers — generating secure download links, sending delivery emails, and enforcing download limits and expiry. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.
Uploaded files are stored on Cloudflare R2. Merchant and purchase records are stored in our application database. Download links are time-limited and signed.
Uploaded files and merchant data are deleted when a merchant uninstalls the app or upon a verified deletion request. Purchase records are retained for up to 2 years to support delivery, then removed.
Merchants are responsible for obtaining any necessary consent from their own customers and for the lawful sale and distribution of the files they upload.
Customers may request access to or deletion of their data. We honor Shopify's mandatory data-request and redaction webhooks; requests can also be made to the contact below.
